Hello friends!! It’s so good to be back.
These last two weeks have been extremely busy with work and life outside of the blog but all positive and exciting things to come. I had a total ‘pinch me‘ moment when a brand I love (and wear often) reached out to partner on a Spring campaign. I mean…. eek! 🤗🤗 Of course my answer was a resounding YES! #comingsoon
I also took a full leap of faith and invested in a new camera lens and it’s a complete game changer! I finally feel like I am heading in the right direction for my vision of this space. It’s only up from here.
And lastly, I may have shopped a few sales here and there to prepare for summer! I snagged this great ruffle denim shirt (almost sold out) at Target by Who What Wear. It felt more casual because of the style of the denim fabric, but I upgraded it to more of a girls night out vibe to accent the ruffle detail! Pairing the ruffle top with high waist black jeans and a croc textured black pump helped to achieve the overall look. It’s such a simple way to pull together a quick look – those two items could work with a white tee shirt, a blouse or even a sweatshirt.
To accessorize, grab a clutch that you can keep close to your body as if it was part of the look, like this soft clutch bag that also converts into a cross-body (also available in taupe). Add a little bling with a textured ring and sunnies!
