Summer Vibes on Paradise

Blue skies, denim shorts and a salty tan is the way life should always be lived!

Packing for the vacation was fun and this light cotton sweater came in handy for the cooler nights on the ship. The 3/4 cuff rolled sleeve was the perfect casual sweater and I have worn this for multiple occasions since the trip to the office and to hang out with friends. I finally went on my first cruise this summer with the Carnival Paradise and it was definitely a better experience than I expected. I wasn’t sure how to plan for a cruise and thankfully a few friends and followers gave me some pointers. (thank you!) Overall, I would do it again if it was with a large group, but I don’t think that the mister and I would book it on our own. For many that were asking about the “ride” itself, there was one rocky night with rough seas but for the most part we were smooth sailing!

I paired the summer vibes with a frayed denim short from one of my favorite brands, rag & bone. I usually have an awful time with finding shorts but these were a great find!! Flat sneakers for being on my feet all day and I was good to go! Outfit deets below.
