Vacation always brings me back down to earth and away from my day to day routine. I forgot how much I love being in the pool and going down water slides! I took every excuse to eat ice cream with my little cousins and niece, had a cocktail before it was deemed appropriate time to, played bingo, and dominated Harry Potter trivia! Times like these really remind you to enjoy life. I am grateful that I allowed myself to be off the grid.
One of the dresses that I wore was this floral fit and flare when I was running around with the fam bam. There is nothing better than an easy dress that you can just throw on and head out the door, but still feel like a million bucks. (without spending a million bucks…) It is still available in a few colors/prints but still in the same cut of dress. I am wearing the the Tiered Cami in White Floral. The silver gladiator sandals were the perfect little flair that was needed for the dressier nights that didn’t require heels – clutch!! (First timer’s tip: when on a cruise, not many nights require heels so don’t pack more than a pair or two) And how fabulous are these sunglasses that I found at TJMaxx?! I am obsessed with the pink Nanette Lepore frames because they are so different and scream summer. Lastly – the fabulous earrings!! I grabbed these at the J.Crew Factory store and they are now sold out, but I linked a few fun similar ones for you that are equally amazing.
