I don’t really know what has come over me these last few months but the wheels in my head keep spinning and spinning, so I just need to let it out into the universe.As you can see, I have been posting and styling much much more on the blog. I even joined Tik Tok this weekend!!! Who am I? I always thought of this space as a creative outlet but I quickly became overwhelmed by the size and saturation of industry. I self-rejected myself so many times but it’s 2021, I’m pulling myself out of that hole. This time, not just as my passion project but as the potential to start a business/brand by doing something I really enjoy.
For those that have followed me for a while – thank you so much. I know I test things all the time like constantly changing the site and changing my photo layouts. I appreciate you for dealing with my antics! For those that are here for the first time – Welcome! Take look around and please feel free to catch up on my latest posts. Overall, you will see a few changes this year from me as I start to craft this space into something that people can be inspired by and is able to be used as a resource. My style tastes have changed as I have moved up the ladder and its high time I start looking like it. I am wearing clothes that make me feel confident, happy, and strong.
I’ve cleaned out my closet and will start Investing in clothing to last and not just fast fashion. I’ll be setting goals for where I want to take the blog and hoping to connect with brands. And of course , spending more time in the city and highlighting what I love about being a working girl in Boston.
Starting NOW! Kicking off the year with a beautiful pink sweater and paired it with a beautiful pant that gives me all the life in Paris feels. You can pair pink with many colors but I went for a bold jacquard print instead. By adding the white blazer, it helps to pull out the delicate design in the pants and pull it all together. And don’ forget, TBLA! I added a layered necklace to add some dimension and depth to the sweater. (P.S. All the jewelry have girl boss names!!! LOVE.)
