Traditionally, I would be planning to spend time with our family in Connecticut, grabbing the Thanksgiving newspaper to scout out all the sales, and devise a plan of attack to shop them all starting at midnight. Obviously tradition has gone OUT the window this year and we will be staying put. As much as I am going to miss that tradition, what I do love about this year is the effort from retailers to expand their sale days and start sales early to keep people from congregating in physical stores. I’m all about shopping from the comforts of your own home these days!
