Coffee Shops + Chai Lattes

For someone who doesn’t drink coffee, I sure do love a good coffee shop.

A cozy work environment surrounded by soft acoustic style music, the chatter of people gathering and catching up, and warm cup of chai tea latte. ❤

One of the things that I would love to do this summer is spend more time exploring some new coffee shops in town with the mister. He is a coffee lover so I don’t anticipate too much push back for this adventure! 😛

Here are some of my favorite ‘go-to’ Boston coffee shops:

Trident Booksellers + Cafe – Newbury Street | Boston
My all-time favorite place in the entire world! This is where I started my Chai Tea Latte craze and I have never looked back since. They make one delicious mug!

Caffe Nero – Congress Street | Fort Point, Boston
At the bottom floor of a hotel, it has a great hidden area in the back by the cashier area that has great industrial tables and another cubby corner with great window views of the passer-by’s on the street on the opposite side.

Tatte Bakery + Cafe – Pier 4 Boulevard | Seaport, Boston
Get there early because this place gets packed! Grab a seat and order one of the croissant breakfast sandwiches – they are a treat.

The Thinking Cup – Tremont Street | Downtown Boston
This cafe opened when I was still in college and I have spent many days there with teammates working on group projects! Great memories + pastries!

Recreo Cafe – Center Street | West Roxbury
A small cafe that opened about two years ago where they roast the coffee beans in house. A great place to hang when the weather gets nice on their hidden outdoor patio out back!

Zume’s – Main Street | Charlestown
Locally owned + a staple coffee shop in the neighborhood. There is always a local artist on display, great breakfast sandwiches, and kid friendly furniture. Bonus – there are always the cutest puppies and dogs outside waiting for their owners! A puppy lovers dream!!
