5 TED Talks for the ‘Game Changer’

DSC_0031

One of the items on my bucket list is to one day attend a TEDtalk. I spent my Sunday night relaxing and practicing a little bit of self-care. Sometimes I forget to take care of myself when my head is in my work and prepping for the week ahead. As I wind down, I find myself looking up some TEDtalks that really get me going and keep my motivated as an up and coming ‘game changer.’

I originally fell in love with TEDtalks and the entire program of speakers when I first saw a video of Sarah Kay, a poet, that recited a piece named, “If I Should Have A Daughter.” Her spoken word poem was so descriptive, thoughtful, comforting, and inspiring that it has stuck with me all these years. It is definitely one of my go-to’s.

I also listen to TEDtalks at my desk and in the car during my commute to work when I want new ideas to flow through and hear life from the perspective of other people. I have found that a few of them just STUCK.

Below are a few of my favorites that really made me change my thinking and turn my mindset into one of a game changer and #girlboss. I hope that they inspire you too!
