Spring has arrived and what better way to add some style versatility to your wardrobe than with a watch. Watches are my favorite accessory for any outfit and my husband thinks that I already have too many. A working girl(or guy) can never have too many watches, right?
A women’s watch comes in all shapes, colors, sizes and designs so it can be overwhelming when shopping for something that represents you. I like to find a unique watch that fits my personality yet feels like it is exclusive to me, which is why my new JORD watch fits the bills. When I first saw this piece in the women’s watch collection, I didn’t know what to think of the wood design and size. I had so many questions: Is it heavy on the wrist? How do I care for a wood watch? And can I wear it everyday? There was only one way to find out…
My JORD watch is stunning. When I opened the beautiful wood box that it arrived in, I knew that I made the right choice. The JORD watch came with a well crafted display case, a care kit, and instructions. I love that they took into consideration that I would need a place to store all the pieces so there is a hidden secret compartment in the wood case to keep me from losing all the care items! How did they know? 😉 In addition, when I placed my order, they offered to size the watch! YES PLEASE!!! I have small wrists and often need sizing help so this was extremely helpful. I was able to wear my watch as soon as it arrived without having to take that extra step.
I have the Frankie Series in a grained zebra wood and a navy blue face that reminds me of the Cape shore here in Massachusetts. The watch also comes in other colors such as Emerald, Koa & Ash, and Champagne with the zebra wood grain. The wood is very light on the wrist and the slim size and shape suits the office, an evening out, or the casual day-to-day. I wore my JORD watch to a wedding in New Hampshire where it was expected to rain and I was not worried at all since it is splash proof. This watch is simple, chic, versatile and I am in love with it.
