Bold Print Dress + Emerald Outerwear

2017 is off and running and I am ready to step outside of my comfort zone! This H&M dress with bold printed lines and unique texture is definitely something I would have avoided in the past, however it still caught my eye. It worked out to be a comfortable yet stylish option for the office or a night out.

After my last post about outerwear, this lovely Kate Spade coat was exactly what I wanted to share with you. The pop of emerald green is a shade that I have never really seen before and I am so happy I made this purchase. The buttons have a satin like texture to it and the pockets are hidden until you need them. I have been wearing it to the office with a blanket scarf  over the top (since it has been so chilly) almost daily and it has been a welcomed change to my wardrobe.

  1. WOW love this dress…. where (Boston? location?) did you get it and when? I couldn’t find it on H&M. It looks great on you and is totally in line w/ my style… may have to mimic you if I can find it! (Imitation is as you know the biggest form of flattery and that’s EXACTLY what I mean to do here.) Great coat too… looks teal vs. dark green – does it have that appearance live too?

      1. @K of Taf / @TheAppreciationFactor – Thank you so much! I got the dress at the Dedham location. I am so glad that you like it and I hope that they have some left just for you! I couldn’t find it online or else I would have linked it. Yes, it looks the same in person – the emerald-esque color has a hint of teal in it and that’s why I love it so much!
