I am re-dedicating myself to staying active and healthy through fitness. With more time on my hands these days, I joined an on demand program so that I can do this from the comforts of home.
After cancelling my local gym membership contract and feeling completely deflated about my level of exercise since quarantine, I officially got myself a membership to the Les Mills On Demand workouts. I’m not going to lie, it hasn’t been easy getting myself motivated to get up and workout in the mornings, but I’m trying.
I started the Les Mills Body Flow classes (yoga) and Sh’Bam classes (cardio dance) already and can’t wait for my pump weight set to arrive so I can dive back into their Body Pump classes. Best part is that I can take this on the road with me when the world goes back to work and I start to travel for meetings again.
One of the things that gets me motivated is putting on my activewear. It helps me get into the mindset and into the zone. I love this matching set and the contrast in colors between the top and bottom. The tri-color elastic band around the waist is tight but not constricting while helping the leggings to stay up while I am active. I never feel the need to pull or tug to keep them up while in motion. The material is soft to the touch yet strong and very easy to move in.
The crop tee is slightly loose fitting but the shorter length helps to keep it at the waistline and out of the way. Some of my pieces are sold out, but I linked the most similar option for you below. Honestly, wear what you want and be comfortable when being active, matching or not, I am proud of you for motivating!

1 // Have a playlist ready to go. Spotify is great for fitness beats and songslists that get you pumped up!
2 // Change your workout to match your mood. When your’re more mellow – opt in for yoga or pilates. Do you cardio and weight lifting when you have more energy!
3 // Put on your fitness tracker (if you have one) and keep track of your progress! Set your goals and go!!
4 // Set your alarm clock to wake up early and go! I am the worst at this, but improving by getting up a little earlier each day.
